Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a great place to reset after a long day of travel, but unfortunately, the heater didn't work, and I was freezing as it only blew cold air. The service was top-notch with attentive staff offering great suggestions, but at times seemed more interested in their phones. The location was convenient and fun, perfect for a quick stopover, although the shower felt a bit cramped. The dining experience left much to be desired, with average food and awkward sitting arrangements.
Coming from Texas, where it was getting chilly, the room was pleasantly warm, and the new equipment was a nice touch. However, the loud humming noise from the roof cooling system was a bit distracting. Finding someone's leftover ice in the freezer and debris near the bed outlet wasn't ideal, and having to go to the lobby for individual ice bags despite having a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient.
